Lorie and I had planned a picnic and walk around the lake at Clement Park, but as we got out of the car, it grew overcast and pretty windy. We had to go feed the ducks, at least, since we'd been saving bread for two weeks. No way was Jackson going to pass that up! The ducks were cute, but I am not a fan of geese. They are aggressive, chase the little ducks away, and will charge if they really want your breadcrumbs! I was glad we were on the dock, instead of the grass. When we ran out of bread, we walked over to the playground, which was swamped with kids, and had a little snack. It was too windy to stay, so we were packing up, and Jackson
disappeared. I about had a heart attack! There were so many kids, I couldn't see him at all, and of course it was LOUD. Finally, I spotted him at the next jungle gym over; he had migrated over there without telling me or Lorie. I was so glad to find him, but, needless to say, he got a talking to!
