Valentine's Tea Party

All of us mothers were invited to St. Luke's Little School for a Valentine's Tea Party, hosted by our children. First, we played a version of Hot Potato with hearts instead of potatoes, and if your child ended up with the heart, he had to kiss you. If you got it, you kissed your child. It was fun, and we played long enough to make sure each mother kissed her child, and vice versa. Then we had our tea party. There was real tea or juice, a bonbon, and jelly scones the children made the day before. We were served and waited on by the kids, who also cleaned up afterward. I was so proud of Jackson!
